Privacy Policy

We never sell your data, and we never run ads. UniFi connects to your accounts read-only through trusted aggregators so we can show you a clear picture of your money — nothing more.

To run UniFi for you: showing your accounts, budgets, goals, cash flow, and giving; powering Solomon, the in-app advisor; and improving the product. We do not use your financial data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Connections are read-only — UniFi can never move your money. Data is encrypted in transit and designed to be encrypted at rest, and access is limited to what's needed to operate the service.

We share data only with the service providers that make UniFi work (e.g. our hosting, database, bank-aggregation, and email providers), under contracts that restrict their use of it. We'll disclose information if required by law.

Your data lives only as long as your account does. Delete your account (Settings, or the email below) and your financial data — accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, giving history, and Solomon's memory — is permanently removed. Security audit events are retained in anonymized, PII-free form as regulators require. Backups age out on a fixed schedule after deletion.

To export, correct, or delete your data, use Settings inside the app or email privacy@uunifi.com from your account email. We verify every request against the account it concerns and respond within the statutory window for your jurisdiction (30–45 days).

You can disconnect any account, export your data, or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal and financial data from our active systems.
