Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Your first 7 days are free, and we don't ask for a card to start. Connect your accounts, explore every feature, and meet Solomon. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged.
What's the difference between Steward and Steward+?
Both plans cover budgeting, giving, goals, and Solomon for one household. Steward+ includes a direct line to the founder and early access to new features. A legacy workspace and multi-household and ministry view are planned; they are not available today.
Can my spouse use it too?
Yes, and it's free. Money is a household thing, so your spouse is included on any plan at no extra cost, with a shared view of every dollar.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
Never. We don't sell your financial data and we don't run ads — the subscription is how we're paid. Bank connections are read-only, so UniFi can't move your money.
How does the church partnership work?
We plan to set aside a share of subscription revenue for local churches and ministries once the partnership program is finalized. Until it launches, we won't claim your subscription funds it.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
No formal guarantee — instead your first 7 days are free with no card required, and you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from Settings or by emailing support@uunifi.com — no phone call, no retention maze. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays yours. Email us for a full export anytime, and we'll permanently delete it on request. We never sell your data — whether you stay or go.
Can I switch or downgrade plans?
For a plan or billing-frequency change, email support@uunifi.com. We will confirm the price and effective date before a change is made.
